The CSIC General Foundation highlights the current economic dimension of research and its relevance to the development and well-being of societies forces to redraw the roles traditionally assigned to the public and private initiative.
In particular, it prompted the Administration to enable tools for the creation of spaces for counseling, in which the knowledge of public researchers, as well as their vision of the future, contribute to shape the strategy of the companies; and common centers, where to develop the public-private partnership in strategic research.
