The biotechnology-based company participated for the fifth time in a row in this trade fair of international reference for the fruit and vegetable industry.
Once again Madrid has become the world capital of the fruit and vegetable industry. It was on the occasion of the latest edition of Fruit Attraction, which brought together more than 90,000 professionals from 130 countries this year. Fruit Attraction 2019 took place between the 22ndand the 24th of October. AlgaEnergy took advantage of this optimal scenario to showcase, for the fifth year in a row, its value proposition for a more sustainable agriculture. This proposition was manifested in a variety of high value products: the range of agricultural biostimulants based on microalgae, AgriAlgae®.
Furthermore, AlgaEnergy participated in Fruit Attraction with an eye-catching stand that had an undeniable protagonist: the PBR 2000. With more than a kilometre of glass tubes and 12 tons of weight, this photobioreactor did attract everyone´s attention. But this is just a small-scale example of the most advanced technology AlgaEnergy has developed, which makes the company a world benchmark in microalgae cultivation and its valorization.
Regarding the attendance at Fruit Attraction 2019, Carlos Rodríguez-Villa, AlgaEnergy’s General Manager, points out that “the company has exceeded all its expectations, and AlgaEnergy has positioned itself as the reference in the microalgae industry. We are pioneers in their application in the agriculture”. “AlgaEnergy is currently immersed in the full phase of international expansion. Fruit Attraction, thanks to its international projection, has once again become the best platform to demonstrate that AlgaEnergy has become part of the bio-revolution that the agricultural sector is experiencing internationally”, adds Rodríguez-Villa.
Tailor-made solutions to meet farmers´ needs
AlgaEnergy wants to be recognized, not only as a provider of high quality and unparalleled microalgae biostimulants, but also as a company that offers a more integral and tailored solution to meet the needs of its customers. In this way, the biotechnology company has taken advantage of this unique framework to present different services and tools that it makes available to them.
On the one hand, the novel concept Integral Biostimulation®. This concept is based on two pillars of the company’s value proposition, namely its scientific knowledge and constant strive for innovation, and is materialized in a range of sustainable, innovative, and, above all, highly effective products: AgriAlgae® Premium. Combining the immense biological and agronomic knowledge that AlgaEnergy’s Technical Team provides, together with its exclusive UPT® technology and its know-how on the cultivation of such an excellent quality raw material as microalgae, the company is in a privileged position to offer an integral and tailor-made solution for each crop, depending on the farmers’ specific needs.
On the other hand, the tools ‘Distributor Toolkit’ and ‘AlgaEnergy Club’, which highlight the effort that the company is making to keep supporting its customers. The ‘Distributor Toolkit’ collects all the benefits from which a distributor can benefit and the tools that AlgaEnergy makes available to promote the sale and continue positioning the biostimulants AgriAlgae® as reference products in the market. ‘AlgaEnergy Club’ is a platform through which consumers of its biostimulants can have access to exclusive services that the biotechnology company makes available, as well as incentive gifts that aim to reward the trust and confidence placed in AgriAlgae® products.
These tools and the concept Integral Biostimulation® were the protagonists of AlgaEnergy’s presentation at ‘Foro Innova’. The presentation, given by Manuel Zoreda, Agribusiness Support Manager of the company, brought together about 100 attendees and generated great interest among the public and the media convened.
