The biotechnology company is participating in this international reference fair in the fruit and vegetable and fresh produce sector for the first time, which is taking place from the 5th to the 7th of February in Berlin.
AlgaEnergy, the world's leading company in the microalgae biotechnology sector and immersed in an ambitious international expansion plan, will attend Fruit Logistica for the first time, which will take place in Berlin from the 5th to the 7th of February. Once again, this international reference fair, which this year celebrates its 27th edition, will become the meeting point for professionals in the fresh produce sector, from the producer link to the marketer and the exporter.
AlgaEnergy, in the phase of international expansion in which it is located, could not miss the event and in this unique scenario will showcase its value proposition for a more sustainable agriculture. With this proposal the biotechnology company wants to contribute in responding to the great challenges facing the agri-food industry and the society in general. A contribution that has materialized with an innovative and, above all, effective solution: the range of agricultural biostimulants based on microalgae, AgriAlgae®. Among its main benefits is the increase in the production and quality of the fruit, which are accredited by more than 500 testimonials from farmers, independent certifications and more than 700,000 satisfied customers in different regions of the world. Moreover, this range of biostimulants has recently obtained the prestigious seal of 'Solar Impulse - Efficient Solutions', a certification that identifies the 1,000 solutions in the world that contribute to protecting the environment, in addition to providing economic returns to the farmer. AlgaEnergy’s exhibition space will be found in Hall 27, at the stand D01.
Regarding the participation in the next edition of Fruit Logistica, Carlos Rodríguez-Villa, General Manager of AlgaEnergy, said that “this event is the best scenario to present to the market our novelties and solutions. Within the framework of our international expansion plans, our presence in Fruit Logistica is an important milestone for us and will undoubtedly help us to show the global agri-food industry as AlgaEnergy is part, as a leading actor, of the bio-revolution that is experiencing the agricultural sector globally”.
